There are 7 contintents in our world ,the Earth. They are:

Each continent consists of many countries. The artic and antartica are the colodest of all the contintents.
North America and South America are situated in the Western Hemisphere of the Earth.
Our world has 5 oceans .The Pacific Ocean,the Atlantic Ocean ,the Indian Ocean, the artic and antartic ocean.The Pacific is the largest ocean.The atlantic ocean between Europe and America is second largest.The Indian ocean lies in South East
Asia. The Artic and antartic oceans are situated near their respective contintents. ------------------------------------------------
Our Earth and Space
Our earth is in the solar system ,which is in the milky ,which is in our universe.So we can see how small our World is
compared to the Universe.Earth, our home planet, is a beautiful blue and white ball when seen from space. The third planet
from the Sun, it is the largest of the inner planets. Earth is the only planet known to support life and to have liquid water
at the surface-----------------------------------------------
The Climate
Warm near that equator and cold at the poles, our planet is able to support a variety of ecosystems because of its diverse
climates. Earth's climates have changed incredibly during its 4.6 billion year history. Today, climates are warming more rapidly
as natural processes are affected by modern global changes caused by humans.-------------------------------------------------
The Earth's one natural satellite, the Moon, is more than one quarter the size of Earth itself (3,474 km diameter). Because
of its smaller size, the Moon's gravity is one-sixth of the Earth's gravity. -------------------------------------------------
Our Earth in Danger
About 100 years ago, people worldwide began burning more coal and oil for homes, factories, and transportation. Burning
these fossil fuels releases carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. These added greenhouses gasses
have caused Earth to warm more quickly than it has in the past. Because of this sea levelsare rising.The Artic ice is melting,
there many floods and droughts.The ecosystem is undergoing severe chages.Tornadoes and Hurricanes are increasing.
